Tyler and I just hung out and watched (and dodged flying hooks) as the boys fished. Tyler really enjoyed the mountain air...and being carried around everywhere! He is already a mountain man.
Good morning, Kristen. Something tells me you were much more than a "spectator" during this trip! But what fun it must be to watch your boys - all 4 of them - playing together and enjoying God's wonderland.
When I typed that word, wonderland, I pictured the wonder and joy in Andrew and Jeremy's eyes as they explored, threw rocks, discovered great sticks and leaves and bugs - and fished! I see Tyler opening his eyes more and more to see your smile, your love, his crazy brothers who already love him so much. And Matt! How it must fill your heart to watch him enjoy life with you and those three sons of yours. Do you ever just sit back and think, "God, ou are so very good!"
Then I think of all the work you did to make that trip available to you all. The prep, the packing, directing, shopping, organizing and clean up. It takes so much to make times like these possible. Most often the work isn't noticed, but what sweet blessings God showers on us even in our exhaustion! Some of the sweetest blessings are those times we get to be the "spectator". He allows us to watch our family, eyes filled with wonder, enjoy His wonderland.
Wonderful. That's our God. Awesomely wondeful.
I love you, Kristen. How blessed I am to watch Him love you and love through you!

I love the pic of my little bald-headed, grunty nephew. It's almost as good as Andrew's "INCONCEIVABLE" pic from when he was a baby. :)
I think we need to get the two little ones a fising pole for here at the lake. they look like they had a lot of fun. love all of those boys.
